Penelope Toasted Rye
This special annual release is our second of the Straight Rye Whiskey Toasted series. It is a testament to the power of serendipity.
After full maturation in charred new American oak barrels, we finished a very special 95% Rye, 5% Malted Barley mash bill in a new, freshly toasted barrel. Look for notes of toasted marshmallow, board sweet caramel and subtle spice.
